A lot of sleep struggles aren’t about doing something “wrong”...they’re about timing.
Overtiredness is one of the most common reasons babies:
• fight sleep
• wake frequently
• take short naps
And the tricky part?
It looks like they need more awake time… but they usually need less.
Before you try anything drastic, start small:
→ adjust wake windows
→ watch your baby’s cues
→ give it a few days to settle
