GOODBYE 2025! 🎉

As I sit and reflect on this past year, I am extremely grateful for all the opportunities I had to share my passion of music for littles! 🎶

💛 I ran my first ever music class for littles on April 23, 2025 at Cornwall Public Library

💛 In total, Sing With Me! Music for Littles ran 20 music classes including a couple daycare sessions & one senior assisted living center!

💛 Over 40 different families have attended our music classes over the past year

There's been a good mix of families from both Cornwall and Alexandria this year, so I'm hoping Martintown will be kind of a halfway point, making it an easy spot to gather again and make music together.

If you’ve joined us before, you already know what to expect: singing, fun props, instruments, and lots of joyful connection. I’d absolutely love to see some familiar faces in the new year!

IT'S BEEN A WEEK 🤧

Reid and I have been sick at home with a terrible cold for over a week now (I had it the worst, though), but I feel like we are finally getting over it! We usually do an outing to the or every week to get ourselves out of the house, but haven't been able to go anywhere! I highly recommend checking out both of these places to keep you & your littles busy when it's too cold to play outside! ❄️

I'm glad we decided to take off the month of December for classes. It's just too busy, and usually full of colds & other illnesses. Hopefully January will be a good time to get back into our music classes! We've got one upcoming date booked at Martintown Community Center on Jan 10th, but stay tuned for more class dates to be announced within the next few weeks! 🎶

PLANNING FOR 2026!

Hey everyone, I'm not sure if you heard, but I had to cancel our last class of 2025 (it was supposed to be tomorrow) due to low attendance. This time of year is pretty hectic, and that's why I decided not to book anymore classes until the New Year. We had an excellent turnout at our Nov 15th holiday class though! I'm so grateful for every one of you who has joined us this year. Forgive me if I forget your name if I see you again- I am so awful at remembering names, but I always remember your face!! 😁

This photo was taken at the Alexandria Library this past summer. Reid and I have some good memories doing our music sessions there! I hope to bring him along again to my classes next year. He loves music, but wasn't too thrilled with the large groups we've had lately. If it's a smaller class, I will try to bring him again and see how it goes 🤭

Let's all try to enjoy this holiday season, and meet up again in January. I've got a new venue booked that will sort of be halfway between Alexandria & Cornwall, and I'm hoping that works for all of you, wherever you are! The date, time, and location will be announced soon! 🎶

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Business Sisters - Consœurs en Affaires and a huge thank you to Doreen for letting me use this beautiful space for our classes! 💛

Sleigh bells, egg shakers, and tambourines made today extra noisy in the best way. And in true “mom brain” fashion, I forgot some words to Frosty the Snowman and my attempt at turning 5 Little Monkeys into 5 Little Snowmen didn’t go quite as planned 😂
But the kiddos had fun- and that’s what matters most! 🎶

HELLO FRIENDS!

I hope you're having a good week so far! This photo was taken last month, but I thought I'd share since it's our absolute favourite playground in Cornwall! Reid and I probably go here once a week to play with all the musical activities & instruments!! He loves it!! (St. Theresa Park/ Park of Hope Playground on Google Maps) 🎶

I just wanted to say thanks to all of you who are registered for our upcoming class this Saturday in Alexandria at Business Sisters - Consœurs en Affaires We have a full class booked, and it's going to a jolly good time! Sleigh bells, egg shakers & more will be available to use during the class! I can't wait to see you then!! 🎄

We are also doing a second holiday class this month on November 29th in Cornwall at Move Therapeutics and I've got plenty of seats available!! I'll have all my instruments there as well.
