I read this in a PD book a while back and it has been such a help for me this past year.

I can’t get everything done that I want to, there just isn’t enough hours in the day.

But I can intentionally CHOOSE what I want to focus on that will bring me less stress, more peace & joy!

Now that the provincial mask mandate has been lifted for a few weeks now, I wanted to let you know what that means for Jennifer’s Reflexology.

We understand that everyone’s comfort level is SO different in regards to wearing masks, so we are leaving this decision up to you.

You are not required to wear a mask in the studio. If you feel more comfortable wearing one, we encourage you do do so. We fully respect your decision.

The Therapist will continue to wear a mask during Facial Reflexology, Facial Zone Lift and Facial Cupping treatments.

We will no longer be sending out surveys before your appointment. However, if you have cold/ flu like symptoms please reschedule your appointment within a reasonable time frame.
