I’m not going to lie. When I first did this, it seemed really uncomfortable because it’s not something I was used to, I never looked at myself in the eye and saw me.I I was so hard on myself, pointing out every “negative”. When I actually did this exercise I saw more than just my reflection. I saw a little girl who survived cancer, who suffered from eating disorders and toxic relationships. A girl who was so scared to be gay. I saw a fighter, a warrior.✨

✨ Stop justifying why you want to cancel plans

✨Stop overthinking about what you’re doing because you don’t want to be disapproved of

✨ For awhile I thought that I had to struggle and work really hard so I could tell people how hard I worked to make my business happen. How hard I worked to to be educated. How hard my life was so I can relate. I thought I had to justify myself so people had respect for me. STOP!! Once you justify yourself that means you care about what other people think. If you care about what others think that’s your receptive mode. If that’s your receptive mode then you will constantly be attracting things that make your life difficult, and situations that are hard so you can get approval by other people.

Do you realize that means you have the power and control to change that? We may have family members that struggle with certain health issues, so we’re taught genetically as their daughter or son we will probably have the same health issue. What we don’t put together is that we often share an emotional link. A similar belief system, that causes blocked energy in our body. You do not have to have the same story as one of your family members. Whatever a test shows, you can change that. Do we remember when I baked some paleo thump print cookies👩🏼‍🍳 I always loved baking to get out of my head and because once you’re finished you end up with something that looks pretty 😂
It took me a pretty long time to figure out how to eat properly for my body. I was always so exhausted, deficient in so many nutrients, bloated, had sleep problems , anxiety, was always cold etc.. I always tried what other people were doing, what I thought I “should” be doing etc.. honestly everyone’s body is sooo different and it really depends on where you are emotionally, the lifestyle you live, health problems you may be dealing with etc.. there is NO perfect diet, because everyone is so unique and different. ✨💜 If you feel like you don’t know where to start, if you’re struggling with stuff or just want to eat properly for YOUR body & learn about it so it functions at its optimal, DM me! 🤗✨

Lets talk about “ Food restrictions” for a second! 🌿
Often we tell ourselves we can’t eat certain things because we want to lose weight, we believe it makes our skin break out, we feel off etc.. 🌿
creating restrictions usually puts us into a negative energy towards food, which is why I never like to think I restrict myself! Yes I CHOOSE not to eat certain things ALL the time because of how I feel but HELL YES I still eat those things if I really really feel like it. YOU have the choice in whatever you choose but it’s your mission to listen to your body and give it what it needs. Care for it. Love it. Don’t think of it as a restriction or be frustrated with your body for acting a certain way when you want to enjoy something. Instead, recognize that it’s talking to you, and telling you what it needs so it can work best for YOU. 🌿

Enjoy life, it’s not as serious as you may think ✨🌻

Here’s a little preview ✨⠀
The most annoying thing that someone has ever told me was that “you’re choosing to stay in this s**tty place”. As annoying as it was to Hesse at that time, something clicked. She was right, I was choosing to stay in a s**tty place. We always have the choice to choose a better thought or do something to break the downward spiral. Now don’t get me wrong, I’ve been severely depressed and I know how hard it is to pull yourself to do something or anything at that moment, to pick a better thought when you feel like your mind is in constant circles of thoughts that are pulling you down or when you literally feel like you’re at rock bottom. To be completely honest at this moment right now I can tell you that I feel as if I hit rock bottom. ⠀
I’m going to share a little story with you...⠀

✨When I was in middle school & high school my appearance was the only thing I really felt I had control over. I felt as if I couldn’t control anything happening to me or around me. I made sure my hair was always done, makeup was on, had an eating disorder so I could be “skinny enough” etc.. just so I could make sure I could be something people wanted. I didn’t have the love for myself and relied on external things and people for my acceptance & love. ✨I was terrified to be who I was and to be honest with you I had no idea who I was at that point. I struggled with acne really bad, hormonal issues, mental illness etc.. all caused from the thoughts I had of myself and beliefs. ✨After high school I really took my power back, loved myself, discovered who I was and ACCEPTED who I AM. I don’t wear makeup all the time now, my skin is clear, I don’t constantly think about my weight, and I eat what I WANT not what I think I have to. ✨

✨I see woman and young girls all the time in the same place I was years ago. My job now is to guide and help anyone else who’s struggling like I was. You don’t have to feel stuck, unworthy of love or lost. I will help you fuel your body with proper food, thoughts and beliefs. I will help you find your voice and own your power. You’re sooo much powerful than you can even imagine. ✨💜

🌿I personally think we don’t ever meet anyone by chance. Those we cross paths with are either a blessing or a lesson in our lives!
🌿There are five types of cosmic connections you are likely to encounter in your life:
1. The ones meant to awake us. Those people will awaken your latent potential that would have remained undiscovered, had you remain stuck. Negatively is important when it comes to us growing as well.
2. Those who remind us. These humans remind us of our goals, who we are, and what we truly want.
3. The ones who help us grow, they tempt us in order for us to grow.
4. Humans that hold space for us. Some encounters are so short lived, people we make small talk with or ride next to in class just once, that we probably don’t even remember them. But they support us on the journey, by holding space for us.

🚨DEALING WITH YOUR INSECURITIES!!? 🌿I started to workout being uncomfortable in my body. Didn’t have ANY idea of what I was doing, didn’t know what to do, was doing random exercises and didn’t know how to execute them! I was like a deer in the headlights! 🌿I was going to the gym being intimidated by “ advanced people” was TOO SHY🙈 to do some exercises because I was telling myself “ omg they will look at me or laugh at me” 😩 also wasn’t comfortable to workout in front of men and was thinking I’m not strong enough to workout in front of other people...
🌿I finally started to understand that NOBODY else but ME can do it, I just stopped paying attention to what other people may think and just started to follow this: .
✨Before each workout, I have on my phone a small list of exercises I have to do with reps/ sets. It helps a lot to not feel lost when you arrive at the gym.
✨I workout in clothes I feel good and comfortable in. When I started, I was was always going to the gym in oversized clothes because I wasn’t comfortable and of course it changed with time! .
✨I don’t CARE about what other people could think! You have to understand that people come to the gym to workout just like you, nobody is analyzing you! And even if they do, will they help you reach your goals!? NO! You are the only one who can!
✨I’ve learnt to be patient and motivated! Results don’t appear after 1 workout 🙌🏼 When I started, I was doing like 50 crunches and expected a six pack 😅. Results will come just give yourself a chance! Stay constant, MOTIVATED, and focus on your goals!! Remember all hard work pays off, it takes time😉

The divine you are does not need this baggage. The divine is love. There’s no such thing as mistakes, only lessons. Your past is not your future, it does not have to be your entire story. Guilt and shame are fear based, those can be changed. Love where you are right now because this is exactly where you need to be. If you’re in a bad spot remember that nothing is permanent. Emotion (energy in motion) is at constant flow and just like everything else, it will pass. 💜✨

When I was five I was diagnosed with ALL leukaemia. How I viewed freedom completely changed. I didn’t have a say in anything in my life for the next two and half years. I had no control over how my body was feeling, reacting, or working in general.
In middle school and high school I was bullied and left out by friend groups. The only thing I could control at that time was how I looked, which lead to an eating disorder. I had extreme mood swings and was clinically depressed for those years. I had no self love and was constantly looking for love in other people or external things to make up for the lack of love I had for myself. If I could be “perfect” than nobody would abandon me again, was how I looked at it. .
I know what’s it like to be critically sick, have an eating disorder, suffer from mental illness, continuously in toxic relationships but I also know the other side to it. I know what it’s like to feel joy, love and acceptance. I know what it’s like to feel the best I’ve ever felt and have energy. To have a healthy relationship with food and my own body. During all those experiences and points in my life I now realize I went through them so I can help others that are going through the same thing. .

A LIL RECIPE FOR HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS!🤗💛 🌿Open, honest and safe communication is a fundamental part of a healthy relationship. The first step to building a relationship is making sure you both understand each other’s needs and expectations, being on the same page is very important. That means you have to talk to each other! 🌿Before you can have a healthy relationship, you have to first remove old stuck energy from situations where people have treated you poorly or led you to feel unworthy of self love, happiness, or respect.
🌿If you don’t feel worthy, then find the source of that feeling. If you spend some time and do some hard “self care,” you will uncover the people and situations tied to those emotions and thoughts holding you back.
🌿We have all heard the saying, and it is true “you have to love yourself before someone else can.” The only way to do this is to clear other people’s voices from your mind and emotions.
🌿Working on these issues frees us to attract healthy, loving relationships and know that we deserve them.

This was something I really had to work on when I was trying to find myself and find my purpose. I was constantly making plans because I thought I had to do something. Ex: going out instead of staying home some nights, going to a job that I hated every single day, constantly doing things for people and having no time for myself.
I was so tired and drained and I didn’t know why. It wasn’t until I started doing things that brought ME joy that the exhaustion and low mood started to change.
I had energy during the day, I didn’t feel “stuck”, I wasn’t depressed and I was completely happy BY MYSELF- which was huge considering I relied my happiness on external things.
