As a woman, mother and heartled educator I am here to inspire, educate and create with you. Once an educator, always an educator I am learning. Throughout my journey I have always loved being able to find better, healthier, more invigorating ways to live. Sharing those ways, with my family, friends and others makes my life most fulfilling. I have always loved the way children learn, share and grow

, with their whole heart and spirit. This led me to a career in Early Childhood Education, which over the last 17 years has taught me how valuable the gift of purpose is, to connect with and support people in their own journey of an aspiring life. One which provides them with the opportunities and choices to thrive. My path has never gone the way I expected it to, single parenthood being the most surprising aspect of my story so far. However my life certainly has been more fulfilling than I could have ever hoped for. 4 1/2 years ago a career opportunity with the North Vancouver School District brought me back to my hometown, to a community of friends and family, new and old. It has also brought my friends and mentors Jennifer and Melissa into my life, giving me the amazing chance to be be a part of this wonderful community of educators. I consider it an honour to be able to share the valuable gift of health and prosperity through everything there is to learn here at doTerra. Your body already knows the answer to this....

Energy moves with us from the moment we are created...

And the expectations we absorb from our own childhoods & learning journeys do too.

Put those 2 together and I find myself questioning if the way we THINK our children need to learn actually aligns with HOW they could feel when they are learning & growing.

Honestly I'm so spent from navigating & advocating over the past 6 months, I've been keeping it to myself...

If you're a parent who feels immense frustration watching your child shrink under the words of people who just dont get it ...

I'm with you!

96 hours ago I was ready to rage at my daughter's teacher for the devastation they sparked through her report card.🤬

And today we are sipping up the relief and release of a much needed Break Away ✈️

So for all our ND families who are seeking change in a system that doesn't serve our unique kiddos....

YES - This is a conversation we are going to have !

And YES - You can set aside that piece of paper and raise a glass instead for a moment. (AND the next couple of weeks)

We SEE & KNOW how hard our loved ones have to work to get through their days.

So let's soak up these moments they need right now 🏳️‍🙂‍↕️

And after 25 years of teaching and 18 years of raising a neurodivergent child, I am done with choosing the silent struggle.

One that shook my heart and affirmed I was living my purpose.

S ~ "It's just that adults don't always listen to kids"

And that was only 1 year in to our 6 year run. The first of many families. So many hearts fulfilled.
