It isn’t just about offering services.

It’s about taking your body to its fullest capacity to heal while offering a nurturing experience where you are always supported - an experience of relaxation, connection, release, and healing.

Your healing and feeling safe have always been my number one priority.

Now as I approach my 3rd year at EVOLVE, I want to enhance your time in my space - its not just about having a healing session, its time to deepen your experience.

I’m excited for what’s to come, and for you to be part of it.

- Although there is hardship and struggle, there are wins and healing too.

- It’s important to see what is possible for you when you take action.

The moment my daughter was born was the tipping point in my life.

It was this time that everything changed - an onslaught of 24-7 symptoms followed by what I refer to as “my 7 years of hell”.

We all have our story, and I don’t pretend to know yours.

But I do know all about the pain, the isolation, the fear, the desperation, the constant symptom management.

The thing is, that wasn’t my whole story. It’s likely not yours either.

Healing, happiness, joy, abundance, possibility…it may all seem impossible to you know, but I promise it isn’t.

Your new story may just be beginning…

The only words I had for my client today were “just keep going!”

She continues to show up for herself by coming consistently for Spinal Flow sessions, receiving energy healing as the added bonus to those sessions, and doing her brain retraining work.

As a result her life is shifting..
Physically
Mentally
Emotionally
Energetically

All parts of her are healing.

I’m so grateful to witness it all unfolding.
