A Message from Sun And The Moon Yoga:

Sun And The Moon Yoga provides private in-person and online yoga classes, group yoga classes, weekly Zoom yoga classes, reiki, and sound healing meditations. Our goal is to use yoga, reiki, and sound healing to help students maintain their overall health and well-being. We aim to equip our students with the necessary tools and techniques to feel good mentally, physically, and spiritually. Our mission is to make yoga and wellness accessible and easy for everyone.
I'm Skye, the heart and soul behind Sun And The Moon Yoga. My transformative journey began after battling cancer for the third time. Seeking relief from the burdens of stress and anxiety, I embarked on a quest to heal my body post-cancer. Yoga emerged as a beacon of healing, offering support for the physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological wounds inflicted by cancer and its treatments. As both a teacher and a practitioner, I draw upon my own experiences battling Acute Myeloid Leukemia in my early twenties and Hodgkin's Lymphoma during childhood. My journey has been marked by significant milestones, including an Autologous Bone Marrow Transplant in 2002 and an Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplant in 2013. My mission as a leader and healer is to advocate for others on similar paths, guiding them towards their fullest potential. I am dedicated to serving all individuals, guiding them to embrace their best, happiest, and healthiest selves. Whether you're drawn to yoga for healing, connection, community, or simply the joy of movement, I firmly believe in its universal benefits. Thank you for joining me on this journey. With gratitude,
