To me these aspects help us not just with the physical aspects of health, but also with the mental and emotional aspects. When all of these are in balance to some degree, our lives feel more fulfilled and happier all around. My main program is now a group coaching health program. This program is a coaching program, where I provide the program(meal plan, food lists, exercise plan) and then I coach you through it. We start with 30 days and then continue based on need and stage of life. One on one personal training can be arranged as part of the program.

I didn’t know what I didn’t know.🥰

Now I know and I’m joining this trend because it feels so good to celebrate the younger version of me and it’s fun!

And fun is the energy of miracles (which I didn’t know back then) and so here I am.

Some highlights and yes these are highlights, I was a mom of 3 kids in rep sports trying to start a fitness business and have a connected family.

When I look back, what I see is me stepping out of my comfort zone, TV, small Stages, Photoshoots, for ME, and then me following my intuition to keep my family unit connected at a deeper level (through fun and vacations).

Being the first family on the cover of the Neighbours Magazine in my community was scary …. I was so afraid of judgement from other people but this pull inside of me said to do it! It was a ripple of goodness, one family after another was featured and it’s been so fun to watch!

Oh that Isagenix stage, I did it, I made it on the stage, I hosted one of the local events, so fun!

CTV featured me on a Diwali segment, camera crew at my home watching me cook healthy meals;) that was my fitness and nutrition biz era! I have no idea how that even came to life!! 🤣

The YouTube fitness videos I made from Cabo! That was fun, I had no idea what I was doing!

And that was the year I did two fitness photo shoots! Those were so much fun!

I literally haven’t done one since and just booked my next one!

Experiencing the world with my kids and celebrating Dads 80th were the best!!! Soon it’s time for his 90th party!

My take on this…..

Focus on the feelings …. As the more you feel the love and celebrate your growth, (even though life circumstances show up too, I have zero pics of the bad days and that’s ok in my books), seeing how far you have come in all ways, it will give you more energy to keep going after your deepest desires!

And as my dad would say, GO HAVE FUN!!

Being seen is service.
Selling is also service.

You can’t sell to them if they can’t SEE you!

You can’t make more money, if you don’t sell.

Selling is service.

But you can’t serve them if they don’t even know who you are.

The Universe has put thousands of people on this earth to be served by your spiritual gifts. Yes yours.

I have a different thousands of people who are out there for me to serve.

That’s why there is no competition.

That’s why you have to be you, fully and authentically as then, and ONLY then can your people find you.

And when they do, you GET to sell them your offer, or program, or get hired for the stage, and ONLY then, do you GET to serve them.

BE SEEN so that you not only get to grow your business and make more money but you can do more incredible things.
BE SEEN so you can SERVE those that are praying for support right now!

It’s all one energy and you get to experience it all!

You get to serve and you get to make more money so you can reach even more people.

Podcasts cost money.
Running events cost money.
Getting in magazines cost money.
Hiring mentors so you get better at your messaging costs money.
Travelling with your family to have deep loving experiences cost money.
We are supposed to experience it all.

Don’t be afraid to sell….

What’s not shown is the flus and colds, the funerals, the deep emotions shared amongst girlfriends, the days I wanted to throw in the towel, the days I call on my moms spirit to guide me…..

But something bigger than me keeps me on top of the world, keeps me saying yes to my mission, keeps me trying again, keeps me@adjusting my thoughts because thought mastery is where it’s at, keeps me believing in limitless possibility!

I don’t know what it was like back when I didn’t believe in something bigger.

Stepping into a new year with more calm, more trust, and a deeper capacity to hold it all.

My manifesting technique 👇

It’s called “upside down, inside out”!

Here’s how it works:

UPSIDE DOWN

means you take a dream you have been daydreaming about, in your imagination… like if your life was ideal right now, what do you desire….

There’s this thing you crave, you keep dreaming about…YES That!

Bring it from your imagination UP above your head and bring it DOWN into your mind! Think about it over and over and over (it will start to imprint into your subconscious mind).

Then the more you think about it, and place calm focused attention on what you desire, you will start to FEEL the emotions of having it, INSIDE your body. It will start to imprint as a new belief of what is possible!

INSIDE OUT:

So once that feeling INSIDE your body heart and soul becomes stronger and stronger , that feeling becomes a natural state within you….that dream will become your reality on the OUTside of you (ie your life).
