✨ You know that feeling … when you only have a tiny window of time to get things done, and instead of moving forward, you just freeze?

That was me this morning. My week is full and beautiful — my dad is here, and I’m soaking up every magical moment with him. And still, my business matters too. It’s not something I have to do, it’s something I want to do, because it lights me up.

So when a pocket of time opened up, I thought, “this is it.” But instead of moving forward, I froze. I caught myself, spoke it out loud in a quick voice note to my coach, and then went on with my day. And later, in the grocery store grabbing eggs, clarity just dropped in. The next step was suddenly obvious.

That’s the power of flow. Flow clears the path. And when you connect inward, trust yourself more and trust the Universe more, you open to overflow in every area of life — clarity, guidance, opportunities, clients, and even money. ✨

The reason I manifested my Breakfast TV segment?
Because I learned how to hold the vision long enough. ✨

I saw myself speaking in front of thousands on a stage.
Instead, it came through TV…reaching even more people.
That’s the magic of manifestation: this or something better.

But here’s why most women give up too soon ⤵️

Doubt creeps in.

I still have goosebumps…

This weekend at the lake with two of my spiritual coaching sisters felt like more than a getaway… it was a sacred experience.

As we sat by the water, one by one, the Universe sent its messengers:

🦆 Two loons, so close to the dock (a rare sight).
🌸 A hummingbird, hovering right in front of pur faces (wild so wild).
🦫 A beaver, swimming the exact same path—two days in a row.

So in my normal fashion, I thought about our conversation in the moment….and did some research on the spiritual meaning….

We were talking about inner trust being the most important piece of the soul-growth puzzle… the most important piece of how to live a beautiful life …. and these signs came to remind us:

✨ Loons —> Dive deep, speak the truth.
✨ Hummingbird —> Trust your joy, your lightness, your soul.
✨ Beaver —> Build in harmony with the flow…beavers swim with the flow of the water always….

It felt like the Universe whispering: Trust yourself. Bring joy to the deep work. Build the new world together.

30 yrs ago we met on the volleyball court, so it just makes sense we spend our 30th trying a new sport.

So much learning, so much growth.

Our first 6 years who knows what we did 🤣
The next 5 were having our beautiful babies!

The next 10, my mid 30s to mid 40s so much happened:

- we shifted to the big city for jobs
- I realized (by my body’s stress) that I wanted to be with my kids over the J.O.B
- I felt happy yet lost, angry at times, had to work on my worth, fell in love with my kids, parenting and self development - read every book, went conferences …
- stayed home but had the nudge to do something for ME and so I did … hired my first coach that helped me with self discovery and helped me notice what a worrier I was…. Hello fear that was buried!
- my love for fitness led to running Zumba in my basement and then a full on schedule in my town where hundreds of women got to love fitness
- 3 kids in 4 rep sports … ya in hindsight wouldn’t do that again 🤣 , we were ships passing in the night … literally….all convos were about kids, food, driving etc
- vacations were family connection GOLD
- hired life coach who used horses (couples coaching), it was magical, huge awareness for both of us
- started new ways of communicating…this changed my life (and so I now have a course for it)
- realized how judgement showed up between us, I blamed him for a lot and carried self judgement, which then attracted judgment to me (hello law of attraction)
- again this changed my life(and have another mini course on it)
- started spiritual journey…. got to know myself fully and got to understand this gorgeous Universe

The next 10, my mid 40s to now … it’s been bliss

- built current biz w/ his help
- we are now a TEAM👇
- he learned more about connected parenting, I learned about our finances (before we had our lanes…it worked until it didn’t work)
- we’ve learned new things about each other
- we COMMUNICATE on a whole new level
- our kids get to watch our growth
- we never raise our voices
- we laugh about all of it
- we don’t take ourselves or life too seriously
- it’s been imperfect , which is how it’s supposed to be
- we are still growing

Girlfriend, I know you want something so bad, but that sneaky voice in your head is saying:

“Other people are more qualified”
“This is too hard”
[and a bunch of other things 🙏🏻]

Those thoughts put this client in freeze mode.
Even though she knew she wanted it.
She even was doing all the positive mindset things.

Luckily she brought this up on our group coaching call.
I was able to guide her, help her release what was stuck in her throat chakra.

This was exactly what was needed for her to go write the pitch!

This is a huge block I see in so many women.
They get stuck speaking their truth; doing the thing they actually want to do.

Because of fear. Because of being dysregulated and out of alignment.

On that call, I had her speak out what was happening.
She slowed down.
She processed.
She cleared what was stuck.

Statistics show that 40% of women ….

Have no idea about their family investments,
never look at their statements or numbers.

I’m stepping out (instead of hiding out) so that the women after me have up-levelled thoughts and behaviours when it comes to money

I want to teach my girls that if they love money, money will love them back.

If they believe money in important, it will stick around.
If they believe money is in infinite supply, they will live in overflow .

If they have a good relationship with money and do good with it, more will always come to them .

To do this, you have to shift how YOU think and act when it comes to money. You have to unravel your conditioning and create a new subconscious money blueprint .

I was that statistic.
I made a decision to change my thoughts actions and beliefs.
I rewrote my money stories and have a new blueprint.
I’ve done it and so can you.
