Hello…
just a reminder… the world is designed to keep you overwhelmed.
Your phone wants your attention. Work wants your extra hours.
Culture wants you to do more, faster, louder.
So if you feel scattered, it’s not you; it’s the system.
And every time you turn your phone face down at dinner, take the long way home just to breathe, or simply say no when your body needs it… that’s not small.
That’s resistance.
