48 and Free To Be Me. Had a fabulous day celebrating my birthday today. Showered with thoughtful and creative gifts from my kids, a beautiful afternoon tea with my parents, a fun time at an Escape Room and back home for a nice dinner.
This is definitely the year that I have fully become one with myself and it’s a magical place to be. Thank you to all my friends and family for your kind wishes and love through your texts, phone calls, messages and gifts. Sending pure love from my heart. Special thanks to my husband, my children and their significant others for making the day fun and special! 💕💕

Soooo...I’ve been working on a little something over the past few months that I would like to share. I have just released a 5 song EP, Raise Your Vibe. I wrote the lyrics with the intention to inspire and uplift and the music is infused with a meditative healing hertz and get ya movin’ beat.
