I am trained in a variety of modalities such as Craniosacral therapy, deep tissue, Swedish, lymphatic drainage, ACE Massage cupping, acupressure, myofascial release, pregnancy massage, and NKT level 1 to name a few. I have taken several courses addressing pelvic health issues with Pelvic Health Solutions and Julie Wiebe. I am also a professional ballet teacher registered with the Royal Academy of Dance and have been training dancers since 1995. I treat in Oakville at Sheddon Physiotherapy and Sports clinic as well as in Burlington at Healing Touch Natural Wellness.
