Good Morning,

As some of you know I have been enrolled in Rythmic Living for many years and this year is the year I step it up and become the master space holder I so desire to be without the clinical output.

This is sacred space holding.

I am putting it out to my clients, that I am offering a package of 5 sessions for 500$

You can choose when those appointments work best for you.

The days I can offer are Sunday after 5pm, all day Monday after 10am, Tuesday to Saturday any time after 7pm.

I will be recording these sessions as I am enrolled in Ryyhmic Lviing and would like to utilize these sessions, as a learning experience for myself as a sacred space holder.

These sessions will also be sent to yourself so you are able to go back and process what has been said, and how you can integrate the learning.

You ever have those moments where you see clearly the shifty energy that slithers around you, wanting to keep you at the same vibration they are at?

Call it out. You do not need to remain at a lower frequency just because others don't know how to lift themselves up or out of their own state of mind.

Remain true to the world in and around you. Keep your head up high, ask for what you need, embrace what you want. Change directions if you need to, release those that hinder you or keep you down.

People aren't here to be used, abused and unprotected.
If you are struggling with yourself, don't take it out on others.
If you have a way of being and want to be seen within that. Remain consistent.

Don't just do things that are dismissive or hurtful just because exploring your shadow work requires you to dive deeper into the habits and patterns that are you.

Always asking for a leg up or making up stories to assist in your growth only keeps you in the cycle of taking from others.

I see you. Stop it. It's not attractive nor is it becoming.
Actually work to change, don't change so it works out in your favor. Be a witness to what you are projecting. If you are comfortable sitting in a place of always taking, how often do you cross the same bridge and are in the same position every time?

As a medium, I find it can be a challenge to be so open everyday to recieve messages, and deliver them to this platform, however when I feel inspired it is quite juicy what I share, as the learning for you, is the same for myself.

Except for the small difference that this life is being seen from your perspective and mine from my own.

As we are coming to and end, of so many energetic connections that we are done looking at, carrying, being a witness too. We see the new and it's excitingly scary, may seen like an oxygen moron, however it is delightfully clear. Which makes it sometimes seemingly too much or overwhelming.

Breathe in this new that is being created. Take up space. Use the voice of reason, instead of what seems logical to the ego.
Our space on this earth is to be shared, not hoarded for no purpose. Bring purpose into your space, bring creativity, joy, happiness, be free in your spirit. And share that energy with others.

Being free means no f***s given to what isn't yours. Still have compassion, pouring all that empathy into situations rather than your own self, you become silent, a people pleaser. Move on from that.

This Morning, I connected with spirit to bring you the message of acceptance and belonging.
As we are navigating through new transmissions, we believe we are racing against time, all while hitting a wall.

The wall is a reflection of yourself, that does not want complete change, but enough change where things begin to shift.
Taking the first steps inwards towards your emotional supportive self, you begin to understand where it is you are being weighted down, even if you believe you are strong enough to keep carrying it.. you don't have too.

Aligning your purpose with your souls desires, and acting upon it from a place of acceptance for what is, and either letting go or changing how you have done it before, will allow for movement, more emotional freedom, and more creative space is connecting to your heart center.

MONDAY MOTIVATION:

Hello my fellow humans, I have been accessing my own spirit guides and have been taking trips into my sub conscious, and re rooting my own energetic alignment.

Although there is always so much to share about the process, here is what came to me this morning, while exploring irrational expectations with a friend.

Learning people and how they love and live is one of the most challenging processes through healing and moving forward into that conscious relationships with people.. both people have to be willing to see how they live and love, and how the other person lives and loves in order for an energetic connection to happen in all areas.

Spiritually, mentally, heart center, soul.
Divinely accepting each other, respectfully growing with each other, speaking with the heart, and your boundaries, the foundation of your soul, wants to stay...and truly be there.

You heal together. With each other. Holding space for the present. Creating moments about dreaming about the could you imagine fantasies, that have yet to hit reality.

Keep following your heart center, trust yourself to know, that you know what's best for you. They will tell you what's best for them, if that's truly what they want from you too. Dream big. Never close the door to your imagination..especially if it makes you giggle and your heart burst with happiness.

Over the last few days the stimulation of energies are doing there best to intertwine with the old you..

Do not give into that dance. People will talk, people will gossip, people will not take responsibility, or accountability for their own emotional Mastery..

If you are the target for their chaotic dance. Be wise. Skip away from it.. it's not yours. It's theirs..

You are stronger than you think.
