For many, this season brings excitement, pride, uncertainty, pressure, grief, change, and questions about what comes next. Transitions can feel both hopeful and overwhelming at the same time.

To the graduates navigating new beginnings:
You do not need to have everything figured out right now.
Growth rarely happens in certainty, often, it begins in the unknown. 🌿

Karen believes in clear boundaries, honest conversations, and taking your mental health seriously (with a little bit of humour along the way!)!

With over 25 years of experience, she has supported people through anxiety, burnout, and the patterns that can keep us feeling stuck. She thoughtful, direct when it matters, and deeply committed to the people she works with!

Karen is usually fully booked…but recently, a few clients have graduated and she has some rare availability!

She also believes in therapy should fit into real life - offering Saturday sessions and the occasional evening virtual appointment, not just weekday daytime hours.

We had such an incredible time at our latest therapeutic cooking session! 🍰✨

From decorating cakes to creating a delicious two-course meal, the experience was filled with creativity, laughter, and connection. It’s amazing to see how cooking together can build confidence, encourage mindfulness, and bring so much joy to the process.
Moments like these remind us that healing and growth can happen in the most fun (and tasty!) ways. 💛
