A little prep on the weekends can go a long way for busy weeks. I like to have grab and go things my kids will eat so we’re not always reaching for packaged junk.
Some days it’s a bunch of hard boiled eggs in my pressure cooker, others it’s egg bites, muffins or PB&J … and yes, I get a little carried away with sourdough everything (that’s another post in itself 😂)
