I’m feeling so incredibly blessed, relaxed and happy 🥹 I’m truly happiest on, in or around the water so this vacation is exactly what my Soul needed. ✨

I once saw a quote that said “build a life you don’t need a vacation from” and at first thought, I understand the sentiment. But in the same breath, I love my life but I still want to be able to disconnect from it all to reconnect with my Soul, my husband and experience new parts of the world. 🌍

I’m incredibly fortunate to have a career and small business that allows me to take these kinds of opportunities. I know I’m very lucky to also have a husband who not only loves travelling with me but also has a job that makes this possible. 🌊

We’re halfway through our vacay and I’ve fallen in love with Belize and I can’t wait to come back again! ☀️

As I enter my 33rd year on this earth, I want to share some reflections I’ve been going through as I look back on my life so far.

32 was a year of uncomfortable growth, tightening my circle and coping with grief and loss in many different ways.

The past year, but especially the past 6 months or so, I’ve really began working on unpacking what my Soul desires. What really makes me, me? What lights up my heart? What do I align with at my core?

I’ve been going to the same therapist for over 6 years now and recently I decided to embark on a mentorship journey with Sarah () in an effort to reclaim my Soul. This work has been groundbreaking and life changing, so much so that I feel almost a “rebirth” as I enter my 33rd year. ✨

I look forward to continue sharing with you all this journey that I’ve been on, what I’ve learned and what I’m still questioning. I know this page is technically a makeup artistry page but I also believe in sharing the other parts of my life that help make me who I am. Maybe, some of the things I share with resonate with someone else, maybe not, but I hope the authenticity is recognized in a world of highlight reels.

I had the absolute honour of glamming up last night so we could go dancing! It can be nerve racking doing another makeup artists’s makeup but it’s honestly so fun! We tested out a sample pair of lashes for and I think it’s safe to say that these are a winning pair we may need to add to our stock! 😍

She did my makeup… but I didn’t get any close up photos of it! So I attached some photos of us from the night at the end so you can see how great of a job she did ✨
