Last fall was my debut season of The Inner Practice Podcast, created from the heart and held by the courage of the people who trusted this space with their stories.

Spotify sent me some updated stats and showed me what this season made possible:

✨ how far it reached (800 downloads on over 20 countries)
✨ how deeply people listened,
✨ and which conversations stayed with you.

Thank you to all my brave guests who have opened up and shared what their journeys have taught them.

If an episode stayed with you, please pass it along to someone who might need it.
You can listen to it wherever you get your podcasts from.

I have a new episode that dropped today, with the inspirational Shelley Wishart.

Living with chronic pain is part of your journey,
not the end of it.

This evening is for anyone who feels tired of pushing through, tired of being misunderstood, or tired of pain making the rules.

You’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s happening in your body, gentle tools you can actually use, and the reminder that you’re not alone in this. 🙏✨

Resolution run.

I initially started running to boost my cardio, but it wasn't until I incorporated yoga that I saw real progress. The issue wasn't my endurance, it was my breathing. I felt like I was running on empty, struggling to catch my breath.

Yoga changed everything. It taught me how to breathe properly, and 3-part breathing became a game-changer. I can finally use my lungs to their full capacity.

Yoga also helped me develop mindfulness. Instead of fixating on my watch, I focused on my footsteps, syncing them with the music. It was a subtle shift, but it made all the difference.

This transformation didn't happen overnight. It took years of practice, but the impact has been profound. Yoga hasn't just improved my running; it's also enhanced my patience, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

As we welcome a new year, I encourage you to refine what you already have. Don't feel pressured to make drastic changes. Instead, focus on nurturing your existing habits and passions.

Wishing you a chance to recharge, refine, and rejuvenate in 2026.

Here’s to a new year filled with strength, movement, and moments where your body surprises you in the best way.

To choose yourself.

To listen inward.

To take that next small step toward feeling better, even when it feels big.

I’m grateful for everyone who trusted me with their healing this year.

And I’m excited for everything we’ll walk through together in 2026. ✨

May this be the year you feel more connected to your body, more supported, and more hopeful than ever.

Here’s to moving forward — literally and figuratively. 😃

Happy New Year, Jackie 🎉

Jackie Vandertuin Therapy was built on faith before the evidence and trust that is shaped by experience. This year has been a beautiful reminder that healing is based on treating the whole person: physical, psychological, spiritual.

That same faith lives in The Inner Practice podcast. It is the belief that connection is real and that our shared stories create healing in ways we may never fully see. ✨

To my clients: Thank you for the privilege of your trust.

It is deeply meaningful to me, and I’ve truly loved the profound ways we’ve connected this year. At the heart of this work is the simple intention that you feel seen, heard, and valued through an exchange of presence and positive energy.

May the new year bring peace to your body, mind, and spirit.

Om, Shanti 🤍

Wishing you a season that feels gentle, grounding, and full of the kind of moments your body can exhale into.

The holidays can be busy, overwhelming, and emotional, especially if you’ve been carrying pain or stress in your body.
This is your reminder to pause, breathe, and allow yourself to rest.

May your holidays be peaceful, bright, and exactly what you need them to be.
Thank you for inviting me into your healing journey this year; it truly is an honour I never take lightly.

Sending peace, love and light,

Jackie 🎄✨
