When pain starts affecting your ability to move, work, or sleep, it can feel overwhelming.

One of our patients recently came to ODP Physiotherapy & Wellness with severe shoulder pain and very limited movement. The pain was radiating down their arm into their hand, with numbness and tingling in the fingers. At the time, they were worried the injury might require surgery.

After just a couple of weeks of treatment, the improvement was incredible.

Their shoulder movement returned, pain levels dropped significantly, and the numbness and tingling almost completely disappeared.

Stories like this remind us why early assessment and the right treatment plan matter. When the root cause is addressed, the body has an amazing ability to recover.
