Perfect for the lent Friday where I was looking for low carb keto vegetarian option. This creamy Broccoli soup with almond crackers hit that spot. So much flavor and satisfaction.

High Protein Banana Cake | Healthy Quick Dessert | Low Carb Option

Ingredients:

1 Banana

1 Egg

1 cup of Almond flour

1/4 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp grass fed butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp Maple syrup (optional)

2 tsp Protein powder

Direction:
Mix everything in a bowel very well and bake this for 30 to 45 mins for 350 degree depending on your oven. Please check half the way to determine the timing and temperature of the baking. Make adjustment accordingly. When it looks all brown, test it with toothpick or fork or knife. If nothing is sticking in knife then it is baked. Make it cool for 20 mins and it is ready to eat.

This banana cake is perfect when you want something sweet but also want to stay on track with your health goals. Great as a snack, breakfast, or dessert.
