Low carb roti that actually tastes good.
It takes only 5 minutes and is perfect for busy days.
Full recipe in my channel.

🫓 Ingredients
½ cup almond flour
¼ cup arrowroot flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ghee
½ cup water
Takes less than 10 minutes and pairs with any curry, eggs, or veggies.
Approx macros (1 roti if making 4):
110 calories | 7–8g fat | 3g protein | ~8–9g net carbs
