Celebrating 5 Years of Golden Hill ✨
A message of gratitude from our hearts to yours.
Five years ago today , we arrived at Golden Hill with nothing but a whisper from Spirit and a sign already waiting for us. There was no business plan — just a calling. Every building, pathway, garden, and gathering space you see today was born from listening deeply to the land and following the subtle messages of intuition and our soul .
What started as raw structures has become a sacred retreat center infused with intention, community, and love.
🏡 The old three car garage became our Meditation Building where yoga, breathework, energy medicine ,and sound healing are amplified by the crystals embedded in the walls
🍲 A dusty workshop became the Retreat Kitchen where we share meals, connection, and hold cooking classes
🛏 The storage loft became the Bunkhouse where guests rest and restore
💧 The White Lotus Spa emerged as a sanctuary for bodywork, Ayurvedic treatments, hot-cold therapy, Tachyon energy healing chamber, and the private healing chromo- spa baths.
🔥 The firepit circle, nature deck, and forest trails became spaces for outdoor meditation, breathwork, and elemental balance
🌿 Serenity Gardens and waterfalls remind us of the cleansing power of plants, the earth + healing water
🌬 The open-air meditation deck & Hammock Haven is where ceremonies, breathwork & movement invite the element of air communing with nature
🔥 Fire rituals, cacao ceremonies, and community circles in the firepit area keep the flame alive activating the transforming energy of fire.
🕯 The Healing Lounge houses modern modalities to integrate with ancient healing— Vibroacoustic therapy, Rife frequency healing , Lucia Hypnagogic treatment, BrainTap biophotomodulation sessions , and Pulse Electromagnetic Treatment. Additional healing options also include the Red Light Therapy for mitochondrial activation and Biomat Therapy for relaxation/decreasing inflammation. The Daiwa massage chair is another powerful way to unwind— all modern technology to help calm physical stress and facilitate access to the higher spiritual -energetic bodies.
💎 And in the front gardens our sacred House of Essence was born — an alchemical sanctuary of Egyptian oils, sacred plant essences, energetic tools, and ceremonial fragrance. More than a shop, it is a temple for remembrance and activation.
🌞 The Swim Spa Deck was added for hydrotherapy + heliotherapy — merging water and sunlight to support nervous system healing, circulation, and deep cellular reset.
🌱 In spite of the many healing options available here at Golden Hill what remains to be the greatest healer of all is your connection to your inner divinity and your sacred heart. We are all being called now to activate from within and remember our unique blueprint. We at Golden Hill are here in community to support each other in this journey.
Through every phase of building, we’ve learned that the real construction is internal — attuning to intuition, clearing old stories, and remembering that the healer lives within.

Golden Hill was never built only to be a retreat center… it was created to be a living sanctuary for awakening, remembering, and coming home to Self. Golden Hill is proud to be a center for collaboration with heart-centered practitioners serving the community by bringing innovative ways to heal the physical-emotional-mental-spiritual bodies.
And this is only the beginning….we cannot wait to create and commune with all of you!
