Gingerbread blondies โค๏ธ๐
Ingredients:
-6 tbsp butter, room temp
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-1 egg
-1 tbsp molasses
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-3/4 cup flour
-1/3 cup chai protein powder
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1 tbsp ground all spice
-1 tsp ground ginger
-1/2 tsp salt
-white chocolate chips (measured w love ๐)
Preheat oven to 350
-line a baking dish with parchment paper
-cream the butter with the brown sugar
-add egg, molasses, vanilla + mix until glossy
-add in the dry ingredients + mix until combined
-fold in white chocolate chips
-transfer to baking dish + bake for 20-25 mins until golden
