We are a Family Practice medical office providing care to our registered patient's. Currently we are not accepting or maintaining a waitlist for new patients. Effective June 1, 2025, masks will be optional at Kanata North Medical Centre. We do ask that any person coming into the clinic who has a cough, fever, rash or acute illness to wear a mask. We will continue to have masks available at the front for any person who wishes to wear one.

Effective Jan 13, 2025, North Medical Centre has made changes to booking for daytime urgent care

We will no longer be booking scheduled appointments for daytime urgent care over the phone. Patients with a family doctor at this location who need to see a doctor for an urgent issue are required to come to the office Monday to Friday at 8:30am and Saturdays at 9:00am to access the daytime urgent care clinic.

Patients will be seen on a first come first serve basis. If demand exceeds availability, urgent care will close prior to posted times. Patients will need to remain at the office to maintain their place in line to see the doctor.

The phones will turn on at 9:00am for patients to call for all other requests to book regular appointments.

Evening Urgent care will remain the same. We ask patients to call at 3:30pm to book an appointment Monday to Thursday evenings.
