How much should you be taking?
The reccommended dietary allowence (RDA) for adult women 310-320 mg.
Some of us need more.
1.- Address the factors that are causing you to be depleted, chronic stress is a big one! 2.- Eat a high magnesium diet. Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, spinach, lentils, black beans, potatoes, bananas, avocados, salmon, raisins, chicken, figs..
3.- Consider magnesium supplementation. 😊
