At Modern Sports Physio and Wellness Centre, providing physiotherapy in Orleans, Ontario, we know you can’t bear to be sidelined from your sport of choice after an injury. Our goal is to find creative ways to modify your movement while you heal and rehabilitate so that you can stay as active as possible while avoiding re-injury and pain. Offering one-on-one customized care delivered by experienced and bilingual physiotherapists in private rooms, we have a variety of specialized services including dry needling, post-surgical rehabilitation, effective back and neck therapy, orthopedic injury care and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

We also offer some personal training and small group classes to increase your strength and fitness.
