Improving your physical activity is one of the most important and powerful things you can do to improve your health. It is also an important factor in healing from musculoskeletal injuries and/or pain.🏃‍♂️

Whether you have low back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, hip pain, wrist pain, post concussion symptoms or any other physical pain, increasing your level of physical activity will be part of the solution.

Evolution Physiotherapy has always embraced physical activity and was one of the first physiotherapy clinics in Ottawa to join the Exercise is Medicine initiative in 2011.💙💚

Shaking often means:
🧠 Your brain is sending rapid-fire signals to your muscles to keep up with the demand.
🏋️‍♂️ Your muscles are fatiguing and struggling to stay stable.
💧 You may be dehydrated or low on electrolytes.

By challenging your body, you’re building strength and endurance. Over time, as your muscles adapt, the shaking will lessen.
