Winter can be a challenging time for many, so I am excited to offer an additional resource that can be used on-demand. Over the next couple months, I will be sharing a and video series that was created for at the City of London, Ontario.

Yoga and Meditation offer many benefits for mental, physical and emotional health, as well as being a positive, healthy activity to incorporate into one’s life. All videos will be shared here and posted on YouTube.

This is the first in the series. It focuses on practices that are helpful for people interested in a seated position, as well as for individuals who sit for longer periods of time, such as desk workers. The session combines breathing, movement, postures, mindfulness and relaxation.

This peaceful forest visualization takes you through a beautiful walk in nature, with the opportunity to rest your mind through your imagination. It includes breathing, engaging the senses and a short silent meditation.

The nature scenes are from the Bruce Peninsula, providing visuals from Skinner’s Bluff of The Bruce Trail Conservancy. It was created as part of a meditation and yoga series for employee wellness at the City of London, Ontario.
