Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, RHEP, ASFA. Certified Urban Poling instructor. Certified in CPR. Sally MacDonald aka Sally Sunshine is an online Fitness Instructor for women 50+ & active seniors. Sally is an Older Adult Fitness Specialist & a C.C.A.A. of Western University, Certified Fitness Instructor. She gained her combined total of 16 years of experience; instructing Senior’s classes for the Owen Sound V.O.N., & Ladies 50+ Gentle Fit classes. These low impact classes will benefit your overall health & functionality in your daily life by: Improving strength, stamina, flexibility, circulation, balance & coordination; as well as improving your cardiovascular & respiratory health.
