Important!! Due to the weather, and CBS facilities closing, see below for how tomorrow will look at SIF.

ALL CBS classes have been cancelled. The Town of CBS closed all facilites, one of which we operate in.

Both Paradise morning classes have been cancelled.

We are hoping to having our paradise evening classes go ahead, but will let provide an update as the day progresses.

Our instructors are so eager to get back on the mat with you!! Hang in there and stay safe ♥️

Due to the multiple weather cancellations and closures this week we are sending out a link to all our winter clients in both locations to our virtual class library .

On this page you will see multiple speciality classes . In the search 🔍 on top corner of the page input your favourite class name and a list of those classes will appear.

Kathleen will be sending the link this afternoon . Please check junk mail if not received.
