Life is Good! Important Info Ahead…

We are thrilled to begin our new autumn session this Monday!

Thank you for the incredible response — registration numbers are now even higher than pre-COVID, and we are truly grateful for your support.

While renovations at the Recreation Complex have been delayed slightly, our amazing landlord, the Town of Conception Bay South, together with Sheldon Andrews, have provided a fantastic solution. Starting next week, we will have a temporary new home in Conception Bay South! All registered clients will receive detailed information directly.

A few reminders:

-All equipment is provided for every class.
-Please bring your own mat if possible (extra mats will always be available).
-Don’t forget your water 💦.
