Annnnnnyone who knows me knows my love for pizza, so obviously I was pumped when my "Marinara Sauce Mix" and "Pizza Seasoning" came in.
I've been debating all day between making the chicken parm and the pizza 😵 (Obviously I went for the pizza.)
HOLY CRAP.. I'm not even kidding it was amaaazing.. I'm not exaggerating when I say this tasted like your classic oven roasted pizza. So delicious!

Brush your Na'an bread with a little olive oil and top with epicures "Pizza Seasoning"
Spread however much prepared Marinara sauce (made with Marinara Sauce Mix) you'd like,
Throw some skim mozzarella cheese and some veggies on top.
Season with more "Pizza Seasoning" if you wish... I obviously did.

If you're like me and absolutely die for snacking on potato chips, then you're gonna love this clean alternative!!

Slice potatoes (I just used 1) nice and thin.

Arrange the potatoes on Epicures "Multi Purpose Tray".

Season with whatever Epicure seasoning you wish, and however much you want. (I used fajita seasoning)

Place in the microwave for 4-7 minutes (I had them in for 7 because I like them nice and crispy!

VOILA 😊
I used sour cream and green onion for dipping but I plan on ordering "Creamy Ranch Dip Mix" , so Ill be using that next time.

The Mac and Cheese seasoning can be used SO many ways, and there are so many delicious variations of Mac and Cheese that can be made. This dish alone has 41g of protein per serving!!

On a usual Monday, Wednesday or Friday when I'm heading the the gym at 7/830 and get off at 5, I usually spend the time in between preparing supper (usually chicken and some form of carbs).. It makes it extremely difficult to get anything else done and my chicken usually ends up being over done due to me cranking up to heat to get it finished.
Today was my first time using the steamer, my potatoes were done in 5 minutes and my chicken was done in 6 (and was absolutely delicious)!! If you're as busy as myself or just want to shorten up the time you spend over your stove, I highly recommend purchasing the multi purpose steamer.

PS. There was no oil/seasoning salt used in the making of this meal ;)

°Fat free sour cream mixed with "Cheese Chives and Bacon Dip Mix" as a condiment (as opposed to ketchup, I'm a ketchup freeeeak)
°1 boneless skinless chicken breast lightly marinated in store bought marinara and seasoned with "3 Onion Dip Mix" and cooked in the "Multi Purpose Steamer"
°1 potato cut up and seasoned with "3 Onion Dip Mix" and also cooked in the "Multi Purpose Steamer"

First shot at an Epicure dip was an absolute success 😍 So full of flavor! Definitely more of a treat, but a better alternative to your regular dip.

1 PKG of cream cheese (low fat)
1 TBSP of "Cheese, Chives & Bacon dip mix"
1 TBSP of "Lemon Dilly dip mix"
1 TBSP of "3 Onion dip mix"
1 C of low fat mayonnaise

The three dip mixes are available separately, but also as an 'Extraordinary Trio'
