Meditation does help my mindset quite a bit - naps are a biggie.

She is also very good at explaining HOW I am able to take the full picture, focal points, and process the relevant information.

Mental fatigue and burnout can becommonplace without proper mental awareness and care.

It’s also why some days might be closed because mentally I need to fully recharge.
