Being well fed is a radical act right now.

And I mean that.

When you’re underfed, you can’t think straight. You can’t function. Your body gets so stressed it starts breaking down.

I’m a holistic nutritionist. Most women who come to me are eating well, but they’re underfed.

Signs you’re underfueling:

→ Weight gain (especially belly, especially perimenopause)
→ Always tired and cold
→ Can’t sleep past 6 hours
→ Brain fog
You need to fuel your body enough to get it OUT of the stress state. That’s how you release weight and get your energy back.

I know this is hard to hear. The idea of eating 300 more calories a day feels impossible.

But feeding your body isn’t going to make you balloon up. It’s actually the pathway to balance.

I created The Undieting Collective to take you through this step by step.

It’ll help you change your relationship with food and your body so you can hear what it’s actually asking for.

It’s low-cost because 1:1 isn’t feasible for everyone. But I’m inside it, guiding you.

Doors open April 13.

Acid reflux can be a sign of high histamine 🔥.

Especially, if it’s loud and fiery.

High histamine can trigger A LOT of symptoms, including acid reflux and some IBS symptoms.

If you have other allergy symptoms (or can write your name on your skin), a histamine protocol might help.

(and it’ll reduce your seasonal allergies too….such a great bonus :).

Your chocolate cravings are the language of your body.

Chocolate is high in magnesium. And your body will ask for it anytime it needs an extra magnesium boost.

End of your cycle? Stressed? Exhausted? Your body burns through magnesium faster.

So it asks for chocolate. BRILLIANT!

Your cravings are always brilliant. They tell you exactly what your body needs!!

Learning to decode them changes everything.

Your body feels like it's always reacting to everything.

On edge and overreacting. Like your nervous system just. won't. calm. down.

It might be histamine overload.

You don't just need to block histamine...you need to drain the bucket.

Antihistamines can help in the moment, but they're not fixing the root cause. Your bucket is still filling up.

The solution is to lower what's going IN and support what helps drain it OUT.

That's how you actually feel better long-term.

Spring allergies kicking in? Or is it something else?

If antihistamines aren't helping and your allergy tests keep coming back "normal" but you still feel awful — it might not be allergies.

It might be Histamine Intolerance.

→ Red flushing after meals
→ Wine wipes you out
→ Wide awake at 2AM
→ Brain fog for no reason
→ Told it's anxiety, PMS, stress, IBS
But what if it's not?

If you say yes to 3+ symptoms in this video, your histamine bucket is likely overflowing.

The good news? This is fixable. And you don't need extreme restriction to feel better.

Real hunger vs blood sugar crash →

They feel SO similar but they're not the same.

Real hunger builds slowly and is quiet. You could eat anything.

A blood sugar crash hits fast and you need sugar NOW.

Shaky, irritable, foggy…..it's in your whole body.

The fix isn't willpower or restricting sugar….

It’s stabilizing your blood sugar so you're not on that roller coaster (and yes, you can eat carbs!).

When your blood sugar is stable, hunger feels manageable :)

Eating a cookie without guilt is a skill you can learn.

I'm a nutritionist and I ate a cookie today. (it was two 🙂

They weren’t "I'll make up for it tomorrow" cookies. They were just cookies.

They tasted good and my body wanted them. That's enough of a reason.

When you eat a cookie, it means you ate a cookie. Not that you're "out of control”.

Ironically, it's when we try to control or restrict a food that it becomes all-consuming.

Food freedom isn't perfection or never wanting treats. It's peace.

Eating something you enjoy without the 24-hour mental spiral…and without the shame.

That's the skill. And you can learn it.

"I don't even know what I'd think about if I wasn't thinking about food."

That line stopped me cold when someone said it in a survey I ran last week.

If you relate to that, if the mental loop around food is still running even though you quit dieting...I'm building something for you.

Low carb probably made your insulin resistance worse.

Yup. It’s true.

When you stay low carb for months, your muscles switch to burning fat. Sounds good, right?

Wrong.

Your body is now in glucose sparing mode → saving all the glucose for your brain and eyes. It's even converting half your protein into glucose just to keep up.

This is a stress response.

So when you eat carbs, your muscles won't use them. There's nowhere for the glucose to go.

Your blood sugar spikes. You think "I can't handle carbs."

But, you’re just stuck in physiological insulin resistance.

This is fixable.

You CAN eat whole food carbs and balance your blood sugar. I've done it. I've helped thousands do it.

Your gut problems might not be a gut problem.

If you've tried every supplement, eliminated foods, and you're STILL bloated, constipated, or dealing with unpredictable digestion
..your nervous system might be the real issue.

Here's why:

Your vagus nerve connects your brain to your gut.

When you're stuck in fight-or-flight (hello, perimenopause stress), your digestion literally shuts down.

This is SO common in high-functioning women over 40. Your brain handles enormous stress...but your body shows it in your gut.

The fix is two-part:

✅ Reset your gut with a targeted protocol that rebalance digestion
✅ Support your vagus nerve with simple practices that calm your nervous system

When you do BOTH, your digestive system works WITH you instead of against you.

Do you feel randomly sensitive to everything?
..histamine might be the missing piece.

Most people think histamine issues only look like allergies.

But high histamine can show up in ways that seem completely unrelated to food, hormones, or your immune system.

Some of the common (and surprising) symptoms I see:

→ Headaches or migraines
→ sinus congestion or post-nasal drip
→ itchy skin or hives
→ flushing after wine or alcohol
→ anxiety or a wired/tired feeling
→ nausea or stomach pain
→ reactions to wine, cheese, or leftovers
→ worsening PMS and/or painful periods
→ fatigue after eating
→ brain fog or poor concentration
→ random itchiness (ears, throat, skin)
→ seasonal allergies

Many people live with these symptoms for years without realizing histamine could be playing a role.

And learning why histamine is building up in the first place and how to calm the system down is a game changer.
