There’s a reason your blood sugar won’t stabilize—

…and it might be a tiny mineral deficiency no one ever tests for.

Here’s what happens:

→ You eat. Glucose goes up.
→ Insulin knocks on your cell’s door: “Hey! Want some fuel?”
→ Receptor opens → glucose moves in.

BUT—if that receptor is broken (which happens over time with high insulin levels), the door stops opening.

That’s insulin resistance.

And one simple deficiency can keep those receptors broken: chromium.

Chromium is a trace mineral found in whole, unrefined foods...but it’s stripped out of processed ones.

So if you’ve eaten refined carbs or sugar for years (hi, we all have), you might be low in it.

🙌 Supplementing with chromium helps fix the receptor, not just lower glucose short-term.

Before you blame gluten, dairy, or that random veggie—

…check your water glass.

Drinking water with meals can dilute your stomach acid.

And low stomach acid =
→ Slower digestion
→ More fermentation
→ Way more bloating

You need to let your digestion do its job, and that starts with timing.

Here’s what actually helps:

✓ Chew more (yes, it matters)

If your reflux feels like your throat’s on fire, it might not be too much acid…

…it might be too much histamine.

That burning, intense, all-the-way-up-your-esophagus kind of reflux is often triggered by high histamine levels.

Most people don’t realize this:

Histamine tells your body to produce stomach acid.

And guess what most reflux meds actually are? Antihistamines.

So if you’ve been doing all the gut-healing things:

✓ Eating slowly
✓ No drinking with meals
✓ Chewing thoroughly
✓ Smaller, balanced meals

…and you’re still flaring → your histamine load might be too high.

Lowering your histamine can bring relief within a week or two.
