Wide away at 3am again?
If you’re 40+ and this keeps happening…it’s def a thing.
When hormones start fluctuating in perimenopause (or drop in menopause), cortisol runs a little higher.
And higher cortisol = lighter sleep.
I used to sleep through anything.
And now I have to manage my sleep.
Sleep issues arise when the body wants balance, and that can take some trial and error.
For your 3am wake up, the solution isn’t at 3am, it’s your whole day.
Inside my Perimenopause Roadmap, I walk you through:
→ what’s actually happening hormonally
→ how to eat to lower cortisol
→ simple supplements that can take the edge off
Comment “ROADMAP" and I’ll send it to you.
