Being well fed is a radical act right now.
And I mean that.
When you’re underfed, you can’t think straight. You can’t function. Your body gets so stressed it starts breaking down.
I’m a holistic nutritionist. Most women who come to me are eating well, but they’re underfed.
Signs you’re underfueling:
→ Weight gain (especially belly, especially perimenopause)
→ Always tired and cold
→ Can’t sleep past 6 hours
→ Brain fog
You need to fuel your body enough to get it OUT of the stress state. That’s how you release weight and get your energy back.
I know this is hard to hear. The idea of eating 300 more calories a day feels impossible.
But feeding your body isn’t going to make you balloon up. It’s actually the pathway to balance.
