We have a Drop In Class TOMORROW...
Wednesday 4th October 630 to 830 PM
@ Harbour House Yoga in Peachland.

Ages 13 to 19 years...All welcome.

This last class just happened to be all girls but we have had a mix in other classes.

The next 5 wk program begins Wed Oct 11th 2023

This program has gained a lot of interest in the past year and just been filmed to be featured in a documentary.

When we become Self Aware from a young age and we make it fun. We make it safe to feel ALL of our feelings....even the heavy ones!

When we understand that these feelings have a 'charge' behind them and can build up in our bodies if we don't give them some attention it takes the self judgement away. We learn what OUR body needs...as we are all unique.

We learn to connect with our Values, Strengths and how to work with them in our School work, Relationships, Sports, Arts.

This is Teen Empowerment and I believe with all my heart it is a huge missing peace in our traditional systems.
