Trending movement of 2026 so far, the step down. Doesn’t have to be too fancy, find a step and something to hold onto. Slow the step down, do not push up off the back foot, use the glute to drive the leg back up. Start with body weight at 3 sets of 10 reps each and build up to 15 before adding weight (in the opposite hand of the working leg)… enjoy the burn 🔥
