• What tests are available
• How they work/what they can screen for
• How to access them
• What follow-up can look like

We’d also be more than happy to talk about blood pressure and blood sugar monitors people may already have at home. This can include what high/low readings mean, how to use the machines, and what numbers to watch for.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers, grandmothers, aunties, soon to be mothers, women longing to be mothers, women who have experienced loss, those missing their mothers, and the women who carry nurturing, guidance, protection, and love into their families and communities every day.

Motherhood reaches far beyond blood. It lives in the women who teach, feed, protect, advocate, listen, pray, show up, and keep culture, stories, and strength alive through generations.

To give life, raise life, and help guide others through this world is sacred work.

Today we honour the softness and the strength, the laughter and the grief, the resilience and the unconditional love carried by so many women.
