After graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with a degree in Physiotherapy in 2010, Kayleigh moved to Whistler, BC for what was meant to be a single ski season. One season quickly turned into a permanent move, and she has now been working in the Sea to Sky community for over ten years.

Some areas may feel tender or intense, especially if they’ve been holding tension for a while, but it should always feel manageable and purposeful.

You’re always in control of the pressure, and we adjust based on your comfort and what your body needs that day.

Our goal is to create a calm, respectful experience where your comfort always comes first.

You’re encouraged to ask questions, set boundaries, and move at your own pace.

​​I also say to people “don’t feel like you need to keep me company or entertain me”. I’m happy to do my work and just listen and think about what your body needs and is responding to…

I am still in the clinic over spring break, with a little variation in hours for some quality time with my kiddo.

There are still some spots available Thursday/Friday this week and lots of availability next week for physiotherapy including IMS, pelvic (women’s) health, and concussion rehabilitation.
