Our Medical First Responders (MFRs) provide first aid coverage at community events across Canada. With rigorous training, they are equipped to handle advanced medical emergencies, such as:

🤕 Head, face, and neck injuries
🦴 Spinal injuries
❤️ Cardiovascular injuries requiring CPR and AED use

Hunting season !!

🦌 As hunters across Renfrew County get ready to head out, Renfrew County Paramedics remind everyone to stay safe and celebrate responsibly.

Limit celebrations to back at camp, use moderation and enjoy responsibly once the day is done.
Let’s make safety the first tradition of the season.

A stroke is always an emergency. Recognizing the signs quickly can save a life. Remember FAST:

F – Face: Is one side drooping?
A – Arms: Can they raise both arms?
S – Speech: Is speech slurred or strange?
T – Time: Call 9-1-1 right away.

Acting FAST gives someone the best chance at recovery.

Our team will be truck or treating tomorrow with the downtown businesses 10.00-12.00. We will be parked near Law & Orders. They will be giving out treats this time but you can also stop in for treatment if you need.
