Hi friends! As you're probably aware, we have been hosting Online 4-Week Weight Loss Challenges for the past couple of years, and the results have been tremendous! So far in 2024, our "Biggest Loser" in one month lost over 24lbs and our cumulative "Biggest Loser" has lost just under 50lbs! Not to mention, there have been many more success stories from participants who have experienced an increase in energy, better sleep, clearer skin and although not typical, some have even seen a reduction of medications being prescribed by their doctor!

Although these weight loss drugs do work, there are a bunch of side effects that come along with them such as:

1. Loss of lean muscle mass.
2. Decreased bone density
3. Diarrhea, bloating, constipation or nausea
