Well the time has come to close my books to new clientele . All existing clients of Massage by Emily are still able to access profiles and book appointments online … but to provide a reasonable time period between multiple appointments , I do have to take this step. NOT AN EASY ONE TO MAKE!! May I add.. I wish I could massage everyone!! I will announce if things shift, and I’m once again able to open the books to new comers .. but for now, I’ll do my best to provide optimal service to the current ones :)
Already looking forward to 2026 as my books are full this year!

Dear valued clients,

In an effort to maintain fairness and provide the highest level of service to all, please note the following updates to the cancellation policy:

• No-show appointments will now be subject to a full service charge
• Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% service fee

These changes are being implemented to ensure that appointment times are respected and available for those in need. Of course there’s always room for discussions! 🤗 Thank you all for your continued support and understanding.

The term “deep pressure” can be misleading… it doesn’t necessarily mean applying excessive pressure to get “deep.” Rather, this describes techniques used effectively and precisely to reach the layers of the muscle and connective tissues..

Deep tissue massage is about skillful engagement within the structures of the body, not just deep pressure. The goal is to release chronic tension and restore mobility rather than simply pressing hard.
