18 Months!!!!!!

Today Lori has been training for 18 Months! I cannot begin to tell you how proud of this client I am. She started with 5 lbs and now she can shoulder press 20lbs like a champ. Lori you have come so far both physically and mentally and I cannot thank you enough for trusting me 💜

How is this for a story. Lois had her 100th personal training session today! She is getting stronger and stronger every session and is such a pleasure to work with. It shows it’s never too late to start prioritizing yourself and your health. We celebrated with 100 of every exercise (with breaks of course) and maybe some flowers and a bottle of bubbly. I’m so proud of you Lois and thanks for inspiring myself and the people around you 💜

Our morning yoga & guided hiking time has changed! We want to sleep in too! 🤣

So please join us from 9:00am - 11:00am - Wednesdays - June through August for a weekly guided nature hiking tour into the Skaha Bluffs overlooking the valley. This weekly wellness experience will include breath work, yoga, meditation, journaling (provided), mindfulness, laughter, homegrown peppermint tea (provided) and a beautiful view!

We have Summer 5 Pack passes available for anyone as keen as we are!
