We’re thrilled to be spotlighting local artist Maureen McNeil in our new Artist Series!
Maureen brings so much heart and creativity to our community, and we’re grateful for her commitment to making art accessible for everyone, no matter their age or experience.

This program has already filled up, which shows just how excited our community is to learn, create, and connect through local art. Even though registration is now closed, we’ll be sharing updates and highlights along the way so you can follow the journey and see the incredible collaborations and creativity happening right here at the Perth Family Health Team.

Join us for Managing Holiday Stress, a warm and supportive 2-hour workshop designed to help you stay grounded, balanced, and energized throughout the season.

✨ In this workshop, you’ll learn:
• Practical self-care strategies that fit into real life
• How to set healthy boundaries without guilt
• Simple techniques to reduce stress in the moment
• Ways to create more calm, presence, and joy

Take two hours just for you — to breathe, reset, and prepare for a season that feels nourishing instead of draining.
