Feeling like your anger is getting the better of you lately? You're not alone. Many men struggle with managing their anger in healthy ways, and it can take a toll on our relationships, careers, and overall well-being.

That's why we wanted to tell you about our 9-week Men's Anger Management Group. This program is designed specifically for adult men like yourself who are ready to take control of their anger and learn proven techniques to handle it more constructively.

Over the course of the 9 weeks, you'll explore the root causes of your anger and unpack healthier ways to express and manage those intense emotions. Some of the key benefits include:

- Improved ability to recognize anger triggers and respond, not react
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Reduced stress, irritability, and aggressive behaviors
- Stronger relationships and more positive interactions
- A greater sense of control and empowerment in your life

The group setting also provides a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can share experiences, get feedback, and learn from others going through similar struggles.

If you're ready to make a change and take back your power over your anger, we'd encourage you to sign up for our next group starting in January. Spots are limited, so don't wait - click the button below to reserve your place today.

Here's to a calmer, more fulfilling future.

Beliefs are so important. So much of my work has to do with discovering the foundational belief that keeps an unwanted behaviour, like shutting down emotionally, active. Additionally, beliefs are also very important for a person to be willing to create desired changes in their life. Beliefs are why not all positive affirmations work... they need to be believable to the person using them. I teach my clients how to make changes in their thinking that can create lasting results.

When I talk to my clients the first thing I ask is how they are doing. 99% of the time they give me a socially approved answer. Fine. OK. Good. Tired. You are not being fully open. You are here because you know you could be better. What does this teach us? Generally, I bet if you didn't stop at the first answer someone gives you when you ask how they are doing, you would also receive a more honest answer. But be mindful too. There's a time and place for deeper conversations. Be prepared to learn that your main support person may not be as OK as they always say they are. Their 'tired' may be code for something that they need to talk about.

I know I am guilty of spending a lot time in my head instead of giving myself permission to sit down and relax. This quote made me laugh at my own habits so I thought I would share it with you.

Energy takers and givers are usually thought of a types of people that are in our life so it was interesting to come across a list of activities that can take and give energy. I want to point out that the creator of this list was likely working off of their own experiences or general stats. It is advised to make your own list to refer to when you are in need of ideas.
