Late breakfast
Yes, you read that right!!!
The kids had a p.a. day and I had the day off work so I got up and had breakfast around 10-10:30 am
3/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 2 heaping tablespoons of cottage cheese. A cup of frozen berries that were thawed so that i could mix the juices in, and sprinkle of brown sugar, a drizzle of honey, a little handful of granola and a teaspoon of strawberry jam to make it taste like yummy dessert.
It actually tasted wonderful. It seemed weird, but It was so yummy and sweet. Because of the berries and granola, I barely noticed the texture from the cottage cheese.
