At Heel The Sole, We offer treatments in Reflexology, Reiki and relaxation techniques. Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment with benefits that can be felt throughout the body, It involves applying techniques that include holds, finger pressure, kneading, rotating and rubbing to various reflex points which relate to specific organs, glands and body systems and facilitates relaxation and thereby enables the body to heal itself. Reiki is a type of energy work that uses universal life force energy which is passed through the facilitator and into the energy of the receiver. Reiki flows through a sick or unhealthy area, it breaks up and washes away any negative thoughts or feelings
lodged in the unconscious parts of the mind/body thus allowing normal flow of Ki to resume. Reiki heals on all levels. It aids in physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing.
