Opening Circle/Immersive Sound Experience:
Weaving gentle movement/conscious breath & mantra we’ll drop fully into our bodies before laying & receiving a deep Sound Bath & Balancing Frequencies with Alicia
*all bodies/abilities friendly*

Nourishment:
Hayes inn will be fueling an energizing us with welcome nibbles and a delicious lunch.
Tea/water/snacks will be available as well.

Expressive/Intuitive Art:
Midday you will be guided through creating an expressive, intuitive, mixed media abstract painting with Angela.
*No experience required*

Restorative Yoga & Touch:
We will end our day settling into a supportive restorative practice with moments of thoughtful hands-on touch with Julie.

We can’t wait to gather with you for Soul Camp. Spaces are very limited with buzz already building. Please don’t delay if you know that you’re as in love with the vibe of this overflowing day as we are 💕

So looking forward to gathering with many of you tonight 🩷 I have been quiet on socials and really hadn’t shared much about this one but I’ve been blown away by the response to my (very late) monthly email the last few days with bookings pouring in.

For those spontaneous or last minute minute planners (I feel you!) there are still some spaces left if you feel called to join us this evening. Self serve Sliding scale always available thanks to this amazing community’s ongoing support.

These evenings together are a beautiful opportunity to rest, reset, ground and align your energy. Intentionally longer than the average wellness experience; this evening mini retreat is the antidote to information overload and the stress of daily life.

Optional community connection, light refreshments as well as a chance to explore the instruments for yourself are always included and there is never any rush to leave.

Sound Sanctuary returns to the gorgeous, acoustically rich space at The Andrew in Picton on March 23 from 6-830pm. Includes optional time after for light refreshments and connection, as well as exploration of the instruments for yourself at the end of the evening.

This offering is immersive, and intentionally curated and designed for all bodies and experience levels. If finances are a barrier at this time, there are always pay what you can sliding scale spaces available for you to select your own comfort level with no judgements - only love.

ALL of you is welcome here. You get to be exactly YOU without needing to BE anything for anyone else. Through trying times in the world, experiences like this to clear, ground & centre are more important than ever.
