Meet Kate
This is out of my comfort zone. Im not a sales person and have always been an introvert. Im 37 years old, a mom to two incredible boys, wife to an amazing husband, friend and colleague to many! My family and I moved from Toronto to Picton, Prince Edward County in August 2018 for a change of lifestyle and we have certainly gotten what we wished for! I grew up as an athlete, competitive swimming at a National level. I completed my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and my masters in Occupational Therapy. My kids are active little boys and we live an active lifestyle, spending much of our time outdoors, exploring the shorelines, trails, all that our new environment has to offer! When I had my children, I went all in for them as most parents do. All of a sudden I found it impossible to find time to exercise, and before long I was almost intimidated to get started again. I don't feel like I can call myself an athlete anymore as its been so long since ive committed to including fitness in my life! It took me years to manage post-partum anxiety and depression and now, 6 years after having my first, Im figuring out! Coming out of a fog and feeling like its time to give ME a bit of attention! CUE ZYIA Active! Beautiful, comfortable, versatile active wear that has inspired me to jump in and share! Nothing changes without change - now is my time for change! Join me! Lets do this together!
