Even though I’m not very active here on Facebook, I couldn’t let the holiday season pass without reaching out.

I’ve opened up my January and February 2026 schedule!

Because I can only see a limited number of people each day, I’ve made the decision to discontinue 90-minute sessions so that more of you can book the time you need. I hope you understand—this change will help me be there for as many of you as possible.

This first year in Nova Scotia has been nothing short of amazing. I’m so deeply grateful for your support, your trust, and for the privilege of walking alongside you on your healing journeys. A 54 year old male forklift operator comes in every 3 weeks to maintain his body and to treat repetitive strain injuries caused by having to hold his neck in a rotated and flexed position all day as well as his hip flexed from using the clutch non stop.

He knows the importance of doing the home care exercises and daily stretching and because of this, he is able to keep his aches and pains to a minimum between massage visits.
He is one of the most grateful clients I see. He says he would come in every week if he could.

Massage is a powerful tool to:

A 59 year old female nurse and athlete suffered a severe shoulder injury that led to surgery several months ago.

She had been seeing a physiotherapist and chiro and doing all her home care for a few months but reached some limitations. She could only abduct her shoulder to 90 degrees.

After one treatment, and another week of homecare stretches, her range of motion increased to 120⁰-130⁰. The normal ROM for shoulder abduction is 180⁰

I can't wait to see her next week to see her gains from todays(2nd) treatment.

It's important to note that there are many factors that play a role in your recovery time. Someone who is well nourished and lives an active lifestyle and plays an active role in their rehabilitation, will typically greatly reduce their recovery time.

A 58 year old male draftsman came to see me in December and was in a lot of pain. His body was twisted with functional scoliosis and he walked with a slight limp. He had head forward posture, headaches, neck pain, tingles in three fingers, low back pain with pinching in his glutes.

Together, we created a treatment plan where he initially came in each week for three weeks and then every three weeks after. Today, he walked in with a big smile and said he has been feeling great aside from a bit of a "knot" in his upper back but notes that he was sleeping "weird" the past week.

These are the days I love my job most. Massage works. Massage heals. Everybody deserves to live a pain free life. Or at least as pain free as possible. I want everyone to feel the best they can.

57 year old female nurse came in for her bi-weekly massage with a complaint that her low back was causing her constant pain and stiffness with pain shooting down the back of one leg since her last shift. She mentions shovelling snow before her shift.
It turned out to be her SI joint (sacroiliac joint) which is the joint between our illium and sacrum/spine. This joint supports the weight of our entire upper body.
After a 60 minute treatment, she reports the pain has subsided and no longer feels stiff.
She will follow some simple but critical home care instructions then report back in two weeks during her regular massage visit.
