Kelly's Healthy Food Ideas I am venturing out of mainstream eating habits and am looking for healthy recipes that are low carb.

I am mostly just trying to eat clean, formy health and for weight loss. I am a powerlifter so my goals are to burn fat while building lean muscle, and not lose any of my strength while I'm at it. I am researching the benefits of different diets and their effects on powerlifting. So far I am thinking that a Ketogenic diet is the most promising. I will share all kinds of foody goodness, alot of it I will try and make by substituting in Epicure spices whenever possible.
