God, Spirit, Angels, Ascended Masters, Saints, Goddesses and God's from any culture - if they are aligned with light and love they NEVER will tell you to harm yourself or another!! If any thought, feeling, voice, sign or message tells you to harm yourself or someone else DO NOT LISTEN. Seek help immediately! Doctors, therapist, Reiki practitioners, counselors, life coaching, energy healers, intuitive guides, church leaders are all excellent sources that can help. The KEY is, and this is extremely important!!, you must be HONEST. Don't hide. Tell about your coping mechanisms, tell about the voices, tell about your thoughts, tell about your emotions, tell about your uneasy sixth sense, tell about the shadow people, tell about the entities no one else sees, tell about the aliens, tell about the ghosts and poltergeist, tell about the visions, tell about the nightmares.. Tell about it all - be honest. You might be amazed at the support, answers, help and guidance you get. And you will most likely be surprised how many people you know have similar experiences. You did not incarnate here on earth alone. You came here with 8 Billion other souls. You weren't meant to handle it all by yourself. Tell someone about it all with honesty. ❤️

Regulating my own emotions was the reason I learned Reiki. I was overwhelmed with building a home, young children, family, our business and life in general. I wasn't in control enough to be the parent I wanted to be for my kids - or the wife - or the woman. I was drowning. Don't get me wrong life was good, it was just a lot.
My first steps with Reiki felt like someone had handed me a lifeline - I had something to hold onto when the stress was too much, when the kids were too much, when I wasn't enough.
Then Level 2 gave me a tool kit. I felt empowered to calm my kids, de-stress my husband, bring harmony into my home.
I became a Reiki Master not because I wanted to teach but rather I didn't want the growth to stop. Level 1 and 2 were so life changing I wanted to see what more there was - well that explains where I still am, 17 years later. Learning everyday. Constantly growing and evolving with Reiki as my foundation, my frame.
Don't get me wrong - Reiki hasn't made my life blissful and carefree - rather its made me resilient and empowered every step of the way.
More me, more honest, more authentic, more here.
If you’ve ever been told to “send them to calm down” and it didn’t sit right with you — this is why.
Children don’t learn regulation through isolation. They learn it through connection. Through an adult who stays close, steady, and calm enough for them to borrow that calm until their own nervous system can catch up. This isn’t about spoiling or rescuing.
