At earliest recollection I have been receiving signs and messages from spirit since the age of five. Over the years I’ve refined my gift and taken many courses with world renowned Spiritual Advisors, built a working relationship with my Guides and the Angelic Realm and opened my own business where I offer my clients my services as a Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Therapy Practitioner, Akashic Record/Psychic Consultant, Intuitive Spiritual counselor working with a clientele from all walks of life and that spans the globe from as far as Australia, South Africa, the Philippines, England, the United States and all across Canada. My work with Spirit led me to found Canadian Ghost Search and Rescue, a Paranormal Investigation team. To date we have done investigations in Ontario and the States. I’ve been privileged to have worked alongside the amazing talents of Internationally known Mediums Jackie Dennison and Alison Wynne-Ryder of TV’s Rescue Mediums and Steve Furlong of The Feathers Academy in the UK. Ahhhh the humble bumble! Bees represent Cooperation, Community, Hard Work and Communication. Together they work to create and to advance the health and safety of their entire hive. Without precise communication skills, their community would fall apart. As we move into the weekend, ask yourself whether you are contributing in equal amounts to your family, friends, community etc., and allow yourself to see opportunities to contribute. Are you communicating your needs, desires, and goals appropriately and are you listening to the others in your life to ensure you understand their needs, desires and goals? Communication is a two way street that requires both active speaking and listening skills. When in balance, life just buzzes along. Most importantly, be kind to one another. The world is a scary place these days and we could all do with a little more kindness in our lives. The more you smile at others, the more they will smile back at you.

There has been a lot going on for a LOT of people this year and the energy of this "9" year has been doing exactly as predicted in making us face releasing people, places, situations and things whether we were ready to or not. To be honest, it hasn't finished with us yet either.
But this weekend we welcome the Full Moon in Aquarius while we are still in Mercury Retrograde (which switches back on the 11th) and a good time for fresh starts, manifesting, starting over, rebuilding, reawakening, re-challenging ourselves, and reviewing and re-evaluating where we are, where we are going, and our plan to get there. This card draw came up today to validate that renewal is in the air and now is the time to launch things that you've put on hold up to now, to be open to new perspectives that can altar how you see your path, to connect with a new burst of life energy and kickstart your spiritual being. It's an auspicious time to start new projects, new careers, a new job, new relationships, nurture new ideas, and to get yourself re-motivated to live your life filled with joy and teaming with life force energy.

This Saturday we welcome the Full Sturgeon Moon in Aquarius. This will be a good time to step away from your emotions a bit. Full moons tend to stir up emotions and you may find you need to walk it back a bit, but allow yourself to feel all the feels and process them without attaching to them.
It is the perfect moon to start chasing your dreams, especially in terms of work life. Because of the planetary alignments of Mars, Saturn and Neptune, you may feel like you're being divinely led to the path that is right for you.
This full moon will also ignite your spiritual path so long as you are being proactive. Time to be more motivated about your meditation regime, be more conscious in the moment and focus on connecting to your inner self. Creating your spiritual practice, or resetting it at this point with determination will yield great results.
This full moon is occurring just before the current Mercury Retrograde cycle ends on the 11th, so clarity is coming.
Spend some time doing an honest inventory about what you have been clinging on to that is getting you nowhere. Consciously detach from this person or situation and let the full moon energy open a new chapter to manifesting for you.

In the farmer's almanac, the August full moon is named the "Full Sturgeon Moon" because the giant lake sturgeon were historically abundant during this time of year. The spiritual significance relates to resilience, emotional clearing, and ancestral connection. You are encouraged to take a better look at yourself, where you are, where you want to be, and how you plan to get there. This full moon will encourage inner strength, honour past wisdom and ask you to connect to your intuition and process deep emotions.

This is the one message I learned the most during my cancer journey this year. It’s OK to not be ok all the time. Allowing yourself to feel the feels and work through tough days helps you to heal, to grow and to have a better understanding of self. You don’t have to be on top of the world all the time. Sometimes it’s just enough to look up at it.
