Available for Ages 19+, cost is $5 per session, and SOS subsidizes the remainder of the program cost.

My role as a counsellor is to be a secure guide while you work through difficult thoughts and feelings. Essentially, I help facilitate your own process to change behaviours, thoughts and feelings that give you grief.
