Did you know you don't have to have a vaginal birth to have a doula 😊 I assisted an amazingly strong momma last Thursday during a c section. We can help with c section prep(mentally & emotionally), photos/video during & after, aiding your partner in skin to skin and much more! Ps lol I typically wouldn't take a selfie with your baby, I know his momma very very very well...so it was appropriate lol.
